A home at Borgo Syrah offers a wealth of comforts and services sure to underscore the value of the investment made by every resident.  Some of these services include general caretaking, climate control, systems maintenance, gardening, and home cleaning.

For those who enjoy being active, leisure facilities have been included in order to enable residents to stay fit and to allow for various channels of relaxation.  The fitness complex at Borgo Syrah will be equipped with two swimming pools, one for children and a larger one for adult swimming, both of which are well integrated into the design of the complex.  To enhance the experience, a view of the vineyards can be enjoyed from each of the pools.

A gym will be situated adjacent to the pools, and will house fitness equipment, a Turkish bath, and whirlpool tubs.  Joggers and runners will enjoy specially marked paths that indicate distance, as well as stretching equipment for before and after.  There are also a number of cycling routes that course through the vineyards.

Every property at Borgo Syrah will include a private wine cellar, into which residents will store their own annual supply of wine from the Tenimenti d’Alessandro winery.  Additionally, a quantity of olive oil produced on the premises also will be granted to residents each year for their own use.

The idea is for every resident to return to Borgo Syrah each year with the knowledge that all they require for an enjoyable and relaxing vacation is right here awaiting them.
